Our goal at veedubuildingmaterials.com is to ensure complete satisfaction of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below and we will assist you in returning or cancelling your order.

Returns

Returns are only acceptable,

If there is a discrepancy in size/dimension when compared to the ordered materials/products
If any erroneous materials/products/colors were shipped from the ordered list of goods
If you receive tampered materials or goods.
If you obtain defective items/faulty materials/products
If materials/products are missing according to the manufacturer’s product handbook (Returns are applicable only for products/materials delivered in a package by the manufacturer together with a user manual)
If the quality of the materials/products does not meet the manufacturer’s claims. (Note: If the materials require testing by third-party agencies, the buyer is responsible for all expenses and effort, including shipping samples, testing charges and report collection.)
If we are alerted within 24 hours of receiving the order to our WhatsApp number 91-6369656729
If any of the aforementioned conditions are met, the Vendor / Manufacturer will bear all the incurring shipping and replacement expenses, if applicable. If the seller does not have a replacement product, he may issue a refund to the buyer, and the buyer is bound to accept the refund in lieu of a replacement.
Replacements will be processed within 3-7 days after the receipt of items at the vendor/manufacturer facility, depending entirely on the availability of the materials/products.
When we get your request for returns from our vendors / manufacturers, we will schedule the pickup procedure.
Within 24 hours of receipt of materials / products, please WhatsApp us at 91-6369656729 with your order-id, date of delivery of the products and causes for replacement.

Returns are NOT accepted in any of the following scenarios.

The material or product has been used or tampered after it has been received
The product is not installed in accordance with the user manual, resulting in damage or failure
Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery to our WhatsApp number 91-6369656729
Request to acquire material in exchange for other materials supplied (Scenario: Request to exchange of 43 Grade cement for 53 Grade cement)
No partial returns or leftovers are accepted. (Scenario: 1 Ton of TMT that were not utilised out of the 5 tonnes ordered are not valid for Returns)
Replacements except in situations of returns will strictly not be entertained. Hence you have to finalise the products required before making the order.

Cancellations

When is it acceptable to cancel an order after it has been placed?

Ordered supplies are have not been picked up from the vendors/sellers/manufacturers
Ordered materials and goods are NOT tailored to the buyer’s specifications cannot be cancelled
When a package arrives at its destination, it cannot be cancelled for any of the reasons other than those outlined under Returns

When are the cancellations not acceptable?

Materials and products imported by the vendors/sellers as per the buyer’s order
After the customer places an order, the suppliers procure the requested materials/products
Ordered materials/products custom-built to your specifications and are already in production
Products and supplies ordered are currently in transit
